We found Glenden Homes through the Rochdale estate display homes.  Rod came to our home within days to investigate our site and discuss with us our design hopes.  With just our mocked up graph paper, Rod turned our visions into a workable solution for our unique block.  Over a couple of months (with two young children to work around) we worked closely with Rod to not only achieve a beautifully designed home to our needs, but also ensure our design was able to be executed by their builders within a reasonable budget.  Rod was patient and explained how things work, to two novice homebuilders.

After our design was locked in, we had the pleasure of meeting with Tracey to get into the devil of the detail of colour selections.  Tracey was knowledgeable in her suggestions and provided us much needed guidance, whilst respecting our personal preferences.  Tracey has spent a lot of time following up details to ensure our house has the functionality we desire with a beautiful finish.  We a knock down to coordinate, as well as a new build, we have really appreciated the guidance Glenden Homes have been able to provide during this busy process.

All of the business partners we have dealt with thus far also share the Glenden Homes brand of friendly professionalism.  We are just about to complete and sign off on all of our design choices and are excited about our build to begin.  Can’t wait to see our dreams come to life!
